FRANKINCENSE MASSAGE BLEND FOR INFLAMMATION AND ARTHRITIS RELIEF by Christina Goans and Others
Ingredient
Frankincense Essential Oil 14 drops
Sweet Orange Essential Oil 10 drops
Turmeric Essential Oil 8 drops
Sweet Almond Oil 2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all oils in a dark glass dropper bottle.
Massage 1 tsp of the blend into the affected area.


Sugar skin scrub
4oz sugar
Lavender buds

6 drops of lavender oil.



Pain Salve
3oz cocobutter
1oz shea butter

10 drops ginger EO
10 drops turmeric EO
10 drops clove EO
10 drops nutmeg EO
10 drops black pepper EO. 20 drops of Soothe EO


Muscle rub
3 1/2 tablespoons castor oil, or emu oil
7 drops Wintergreen Essential Oil

10 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
10 drops Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil
10 drops Copaiba Essential Oil
6 drops Plai Essential oil
6 drops Elemi Essential Oil
Directions
You can also make this as a salve or balm instead of a roll on by adding bees wax to the castor or emu oil then let cool before adding the essential oils.
To use: Massage onto skin after physical activity. Wash hands thoroughly after application.

 Joint pain relief Fibromyalgia Pain Free Blend
Ingredients:
2 drops Copaiba 

1 drop Helichrysum
1 drop Birch
1 drop Clove Leaf
1 drop lavender
2 drop Plai Central Essential Oil (this oil is expensive but it is excellent
2 ounces Emu Carrier Oil we use emu oil because it has its own pain relieving properties. 
. Blend all oils together well and store in an airtight dark-colored glass
